2. 2nd XI Greats 1984-2023

Sadly a disappointing season for the 2nd XI culminating in losing their Premier league status. Not surprisingly fewer statistical milestones than in more successful seasons.

• Just the one century recorded by David Gent with 113* against East Molesey. This enabled David to be the season’s highest run scorer and join the elite group who have scored 1000 2nd XI runs.
• Harry McInley reached the 100 wicket landmark, becoming the 12th player to do so.
• No 6 wicket hauls were achieved this season, Harry and Tommy Bates being the nearest with 5 wicket returns.
