Alec gave an inspirational speech to the youngsters of the club, reminding them that this was where it all began for rising star Jason Roy (and adding that the selectors "need to look at themselves" if he's not selected for England's upcoming ODI against Ireland).

He also spoke highly of the club, noting how impressive it was to see so many kids training with the youth teams. Hundreds of kids and adults were in attendance, on what was a great night.
