In the nerve jangling last ball 3 wicket win over Wimbledon on Saturday Luke Beaven's two wickets took him past Robin Underwood's record of 290 1st XI league wickets. Luke's 291 wickets have been achieved since he first joined the club in 2013. This is an average of over 40 wickets a season - a fantastic performance.

In a match reduced to 42 overs a side Priory were made to work extremely hard to score the 149 runs needed for victory. With the run rate required steadily rising 11 runs were needed off the last over. Andrew Delmont smashed a 6 off the third ball and the match winning run came off the last ball, taking Del to 60 not out.

League leaders East Molesey continued their winning streak however and the Priory are still 3 points behind them but 95 points ahead of 3rd placed Wimbledon.

A two horse race for the title. Who will blink first??
