Since it’s inauguration many years ago, the The 100 Club (as it currently stands) has helped raise many hundreds of pounds that have contributed to the general upkeep and day-to-day maintenance of the club.
Essentially a lucky monthly prize draw, the premise of The 100 Club has always been that once the prizes have been paid out, the entire balance is used for the benefit of the Cricket Club.
In recent years The Priory has gone from strength to strength both on and off the field and clearly these are exciting times for everyone involved with the Club. Whilst our plans for the club’s continued success are ambitious, we’d like to think that with the help and support of the club’s members, they remain very much achievable goals.
We remain very much an amateur club, playing for fun each week; however the introduction of professional players and the need to attract sponsorship and generate extra funds to finance our continued development comes at a price – which is where you can each help and do your bit to swell the club’s coffers….
