Big win for 2s at Beddington

An eleventh hour change of fixture saw the Llamas go to Beddington for their final warm up match.

On a pitch favouring the bowlers, Ali Raja hit 64 as he and Kam Mirza (43) battled hard. Irving and another newbie Antony Ireland both hit 30s to lead the Llamas to 200 for 5 in their 45 overs.

Then Crossy made a mockery of the Beddington top order as he picked up 4 wickets in 3 overs, including a very sharp stumping from Ali. Briggsy bowled 5 consecutive maidens to go with his two wickets. Beddington were 1 for 5, 6 for 6, 7 for 7 and 11 for 8 before being all out for 36, with Rich Stevens, Harmer Llama and Brickers each picked up a wicket
