In March 2013, almost 7 years ago to the day, the club launched it's appeal for funding for the new pavilion. The launch was in the Reigate Town Hall.

One of the Club's favourite sons, David Tharp, our marketing and IT guru, had come up with the wonderful promotional slogan of Vision 2020 to cover both the launch and where we wanted to be by 2020. The Vision set out 10 targets to achieve by the new decade.

The 10 targets are reproduced below and we feel we have pretty well achieved all of them.

. A £400k redevelopment of the club's 85 year old clubhouse.
. A long lasting plan to increase participation and availability of sport in Reigate.
. Introduction of cricket for disabled participants.
. Development of an Artisans section to involve older members of the community.
. Strengthen existing links with the local business community.
. Reduce the waiting list of 250 youngsters for our Youth section.
. Continue at the forefront of elite Surrey club cricket.
. Develop more youngsters to progress to County level and beyond.
. To expand still further the fledgling ladies and girls cricket sections.
. To help our tenant clubs of hockey, tennis, football, bowls, croquet and lacrosse to thrive.
