As advised by JB, we are delighted to announce we will be opening the best beer garden in Reigate this Saturday from 4.30 onwards.
The safety and wellbeing of our members, their guests and staff is paramount and to ensure compliance with Government guidance, a number of changes have been made to the bar operation as detailed below.
May I also take this opportunity to remind you that anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19, has been told to self-isolate or is feeling unwell, must not attend the club.
• We will only be serving outside from the veranda. Members and their guests will not be allowed access to the clubhouse.
• The ladies toilet will be the Umpire’s changing room and the gents will be the away changing room.
• We have a print of the membership list and on arrival, you will be ticked off against that list and any of your guests will be noted in accordance with the NHS test and trace system. This record will be held for 21 days and then destroyed. You will then be handed a wrist band which you should wear for the duration of your stay.
• Only members and their guests with wristbands will be permitted to buy drinks.
• Our staff will be in protective clothing including the wearing of a mask and gloves.
• Hand sanitisers are available for use and surfaces and other items in use will be regularly sanitised.
• Each order is limited to six items.
• We will only be taking membership and credit cards so no cash please.
• We will be using disposable glasses. When you have finished with them, please place in the bins or in the skip behind the clubhouse.
• Benches and chairs will be placed both within the pavilion railings and on the outfield. Please bring your own chairs if you would like to.
• Please keep one meter plus apart whilst standing or sitting on a bench.
• Gatherings must be limited to six people.
• The inside and outside of the clubhouse has this week been industrially deep cleaned from top to bottom.

Please ensure you are familiar with and adhere to the above guidelines. We are all responsible to ensure that as a Club we are seen to be acting responsibly and considerately.

We are very much looking forward to once again providing our members with a much missed service. We have five staff on duty. It will be a different experience, but I am sure you will be patient if it takes a little longer to get your drink.
