THE NEW PAVILION

On September 13th Reigate Priory obtained detailed planning permission to extend its pavilion. The current pavilion was built in 1929 to replace the old 1852 pavilion, which still stands on the ground and is home to the Football Club.

The club has completely outgrown the existing facilities and together with architects, Macdonald Design Ltd, have developed a scheme which keeps the character of the current "locally listed" building and meets the future needs. The visual above is how the new extended pavilion should look.

Detailed costs are currently being sought and if the necessary funding can be found the club would hope to have the redeveloped pavilion open for the 2014 season.
