Chris Murtagh is now within a whisker of overtaking Zubin Bharucha as the highest league run scorer of all time. He just requires 57 more runs. 2018 saw Andy Delmont move up into 5th place and joining the select band of those who have scored over 4000 runs. Richie Oliver has now scored over 3000 runs and is in 8th place with Bradley Scriven becoming the 31st 1st XI player to score over 1000 league runs.
The longest standing record partnership, dating from 1986 has at last been beaten. Oliver and Angus Dahl put on 145 for the 5th wicket away at Normandy, thus breaking that set by Alan Reid and Richard Prophet.
2019 could well see Luke Beaven take over from Robin Underwood as the club's leading wicket taker as he needs just 39 more. Meanwhile 2018 saw Will Hodson become the leading seam bowler as he overtook both Stamp and Stather and is now in 5th position.
