This dinner is the big awards night for the Surrey Championship, at which Neil Saker and Jon Gale will be collecting their respective Premier League winners’ trophies. The attached flyers tell you more detail about the evening and menu and we plan to take 3 tables. You will see that the ticket price is £38 a head but to show appreciation of the huge success of the club this year the club have decided to give a heavy subsidy to the evening to the tune of £18 a head and members are only asked to pay £20 to attend this popular evening at the Oval. Whilst Peter Bowler is not a household name in cricket he is rated to be one of the very best cricket speakers on the circuit.

If you simply say you want to come and don’t pay in advance you will not find a place for you at the dinner. We really do not have the time to be chasing people for money, particularly when there is such a generous subsidy.
