In a comfortable 74 run victory over Guildford on Saturday Luke Beaven's 2 wickets took him to within 1 wicket of Robin Underwood's 1st XI league record haul of 290 wickets. Both being left arm spinners, or left arm slow bowlers at any rate!
Sam Hall (74), Richie Oliver and Jake Lehmann all notched half centuries and it was a pleasure to welcome Jake's father, Darren, to the Priory. Jake also got in on the wickets with his first bowl of the season and he, together with Luke, Michael Munday and Richard Stevens all took a brace of wickets.
East Molesey however continue their excellent season and won again to maintain their 3 point lead over the Priory in the Premiership. All to play for.
