In an recent interview VI-Kings Skipper Chris Hudson says he relishes the start of the 2015 season.
"We have a few new faces and great deal of determination this year. I'm really excited about the return of Allesley CC in September, the new fixture against Woodmansterne CC and the first home match against Leigh CC for the Trans Mole Cup." he stated.
Hudson and stalwarts like Andy Newbold, Charlie Chovil, Rob Daniels and Chris 'the Tempest' Hannigan are all fit and ready for action.
"New signings Andy Baldock and Alex Speke are full of potential and will add a whole new dimension to the attack of the team. There has also been a lot of work in the nets to strengthen the batting in the top order. Now that the pre season dinner is almost upon us, the time is right for players to get into the groove and come out of hibernation." said Hudson.
The VI-Kings start their season on May 2nd away to Epsom 4th XI.
